Digesting New Markets with Unbloat: Communication Strategy Proposal
In this project, my team developed a communication strategy for our client Unbloat, a digestive supplement brand, as part of a strategic communication assignment. The focus of our strategy was on shifting the brand's messaging from problem-focused to reward-based narratives, targeting two primary audience personas. We proposed a three-phase strategy: static advertising on Facebook and Pinterest, influencer partnerships on TikTok, and website restructuring to emphasize customer success stories. The project also included detailed targeting analyses, ad campaign objectives, and an implementation timeline. This experience strengthened my expertise in audience segmentation, marketing strategy, and advertising cost analysis.

Habitat for Humanity
My team worked with Habitat for Humanity St. Louis to enhance the operational efficiency and community impact of their ReStore franchise. The project involved conducting on-site competitor analyses, evaluating in-store operations, and crafting strategic recommendations. Key initiatives included shifting to mission-centric messaging through impact stories, establishing partnerships with student organizations, and improving volunteer engagement. The final deliverables included a comprehensive strategic proposal and implementation framework, which were well-received by the client. This project allowed me to hone my strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills while contributing to Habitat’s mission of supporting affordable housing.
